Returns
If you are unhappy with a purchase and would like to return it, both full price or sale, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase. Items that fall outside the 14 day period will not be eligible for a refund.
 
Items must be unused and in its original packaging (if applicable).
Booster boxes and sealed product cannot be guaranteed to be in 'Mint' condition e.g. torn seals, as these can arrive damaged from the distributors sometimes. If the contents inside are damaged then they would be acceptable for a return.
 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
 
Orders if cancelled are subject to a 20% processing fee of the value of goods purchased at the time. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 - 5 working days.

Exchanges
Exchanges will be offered to damaged or faulty items, within 14 days of the purchase date. Items that fall outside of the 14 day period will not be eligible for an exchange.
 
 
Shipping
 
The cost of shipping for a return or exchange will be covered by the customer, unless agreed otherwise. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping. To return your product, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice.
We can not be held responsible for any supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by a delayed/lost/misrouted orders.
